Lado (“we”, “us”) runs curated dinners and experiences for singles. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Application details: name, email, city, age range, gender, interests and your consent choices.
- Quiz answers you give us to help match tables.
- Payment information is handled by Stripe; we receive confirmation, amount and email, never your full card number.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, buttons clicked and campaign (UTM) parameters, collected with Mixpanel to understand what’s working.
How we use it
To review applications, match tables, run events, process payments, send service emails and (only if you opt in) occasional news. We don’t sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Service providers who help us operate: Google Firebase (data storage and sign-in), Stripe (payments), Mixpanel (analytics) and our email provider. Tablemates only ever see your first name, and contact details are shared only after a mutual match.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, or withdraw consent, at any time by emailing hello@ladosocial.com.
